You'll need a 'fit' Breadfruit
One that looks like this. I like mine a little ripe.
Preheat your oven to 400*F
Place breadfruit in oven on rack/shelf.
Do not place on oven floor.
Bake for about an hour. May be more or less depending on size. Use skewer to check if cooked. It should go through the flesh with little resistance.
Cut it in quarters. Remove the inedible centre portion.
