Jamaican Coco Bread

Coco Bread is a Jamaican favorite with Beef Patty or with cheese. It is basically a ready made sandwich bread.

 Use our recipe for Dinner Rolls to make the dough.
Divide dough into 4oz pieces.
Roll into oval about 1/2 inch thick.
Brush with melted butter (about 1 tsp) and fold in half, sealing the butter in the middle.
Place on greased baking sheet.
Allow to rise until doubled in size.
Bake at 350 degrees Celsius until light brown and hollow sounding when tapped.
Brush with butter. Enjoy.
