1 ripe mango, cut into cubes
1 ripe avocado, cut into cubes
1/4 cup onion, diced
1/2 Tbsp white vinegar
1/2 Tbsp fresh squeezed lime juice
1 teaspoon vegetable oil (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
1. Put first 3 ingredients in a bowl.
2. Whisk last 4 ingredients together; pour over mango, avocado, and onion, and toss.
3. Serve
