Ingredients:
1.5 oz. Appleton Estate Reserve Rum1 Slice Fresh Ginger – Muddled
0.5 oz. Simple Syrup (1-1 Sugar to Water)
Dash of Angostura Bitters
Garnish: Lime Wheel

RocksPreparation:
Muddle ginger in a pint glass.Add remaining ingredients and ice.
Shake and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish with a lime wheel.
