Otaheite (Malay) Apple Salsa

2 Otaheite (Malay) Apples, Seeded and diced




 Juice of 1 lime

1 jalapeno , seeded and minced (you can try 1/2 tsp habanero)

2 tbsp sliced green onion/escallion

 salt, to taste

1 tomato, diced , optional
PREPARATION:
  1. Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Serve at room temperature.

    Ooh! Finally something to make with the eleventy million apples I picked that doesn't involve me turning on the oven!

      They also make a delicious drink with lime or ginger.
