Mango and Carrot Salad



2 cup sliced Mangoes, diced
1 cup shredded Carrots
¼ cup crushed peanut
2 tbsp sliced green onions
Juice of 1 lime, about 1 tbsp
2 tbsp Oil
Salt and Pepper, To Taste

Directions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and set in the fridge for 30 minutes or until ready to eat.

Serves: 4
